PADCON is one of the first companies in Germany to receive a TÜV Nord certification in accordance with the new ISO 45001 for its occupational health and safety management system which was implemented earlier this year.
The new standard replaces the British OHSAS 18001 standard. The main focus of the PADCON occupational health and safety management system is to assess risks; delineate effective protective measures; promote awareness and train employees, and foster continuous improvement with the aim of creating a workplace environment designed to be safer and more secure.
